Get Involved/Volunteer

Emergency Management setting up spotlights.

The Aurora Emergency Management Agency is always looking for caring and dedicated individuals that wish to serve their neighbors and community.  The volunteer cadre is a group of good people with open minds and big hearts serving the City of Aurora through the Aurora Emergency Management Agency Emergency Volunteer Service when an emergency or disaster strikes.

The Emergency Volunteer Service is made up of people just like you, who offer their time and talent to help make Aurora a better place in which to live and work.  Volunteers come from all backgrounds, have various skills, knowledge, and talents they bring to the group, and each of them dedicate priceless hours of assistance.

We want our volunteers to belong, not fit in, and our service provides many opportunities to participate.
