APD Online Payment Request Form

Welcome to the Aurora Police Department Online Payment Request Portal

This portal allows you to request an online payment link for select services. After submitting the form, a Records Division team member will review your request and send you an email with a secure payment link.

You can request to pay for the following services:

• Accident Reports
• Arrest Records
• Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests
• Requests for Subpoenas
• Sex Offender Registration
• Violent Offender Registration

SPECIAL NOTE

This process is ONLY for services that have already been requested and need to be paid for. If you need to initiate a service request, please click here for more information.

This is a two-step process. Payment is not collected at this stage.

Before you begin, please have the following information ready:
• Accident Reports, Arrest Records, and FOIA Requests: Include the 12-digit reference number from your FOIA response (begins with the letter “P”)
• Subpoena Requests: Include Court Case Number, Law Firm, and Defendant's Name
• Sex Offender and Violent Offender Registration: Specify the calendar year for the registration

Once submitted, our Records Division will email you a personalized payment link after your request has been entered into our system. Most requests are processed quickly, but please allow up to 1–2 business days depending on volume.
