Crime Free Multi-Housing Program
The CFMH program was developed to assist property owners/managers in managing their properties. It emphasizes cooperation among property owners, tenants, and the City of Aurora to help neighborhoods fight crime and disorder. It is our belief that by working together, we can significantly reduce the negative impact crime has on our city.
The classes that are being offered in the near future are as follows:

Registration Information
REQUIREMENT: To attend this class, you must complete the rental registration process which includes submitting the Registration Form and annual licensing fee. Please refer to Rental Registration Help Desk for more information on registration.
COST: Free. Please be sure to read the conditions below. To register, please call 630-256-3770 (City of Aurora Property Standards) with the following information: Name, Address, Phone Number, Email, Type of property owned, the Addresses of all rental properties, and corresponding rental registration information.
CONDITIONS: Registration closes 5 days prior to the class. If a class is missed without proper notice (48 hours via email to pscs@aurora.il.us), there will be a fine of $100.
LOCATION: Classes will be held in the Community Room at the Aurora Police Headquarters, 1200 East Indian Trail Road, 8 a.m. to approximately 12 p.m.

In addition to the topics presented, participants receive a printed manual to use as a reference guide. The manual covers topics that due to time considerations, are not presented in the seminar.
