Aurora Firefighters Rescue Horse From Barn On Sheffer Road

At approximately 6:50 a.m. on February 14, 2025, the Aurora Fire Department responded to a first-alarm fire at a structure in the 1600 block of Sheffer Road. Upon arrival, crews found a pole barn with fire showing but no nearby structures threatened.
