The Aurora Police Department is proud to participate in the 2025 Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) Tip-A-Cop event in support of Special Olympics Illinois. During this special evening, officers will volunteer their time as servers, greeting guests, refilling drinks, and collecting donations—all to raise funds for Special Olympics athletes in our community.
All tips and donations collected during the event will directly benefit Special Olympics Illinois, an organization that provides year-round sports training and competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
This event is part of a statewide initiative, with participating locations across Illinois coming together to support this incredible cause. We invite the community to enjoy a great meal while helping make a meaningful difference in the lives of local athletes.
