Aurora Fire Memorial Ceremony will take place on May 6, 2025

AFD Memorial Ceremony

On Tuesday, May 6th, at 9:00 a.m., the Aurora Fire Department will host a special recognition event at the Central Station. This solemn gathering will honor all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty, as well as those who passed away while actively serving the department.

Family members of our fallen heroes have been invited to attend and will be formally recognized for their loved ones' service and dedication. This is an opportunity for the department and community to come together in remembrance and reflection, honoring the enduring legacy of those who have served with courage and commitment.

We encourage members of the department and community to join in paying tribute to these individuals who will always be remembered as part of the AFD family.
